I’ll Tell You What They Want, What They Really Really Want!

The Hollar-dayzzzz are here and Moms near and far are searching for that perfect teacher gift. This is the person who invests a ton of time (and their own money) insuring that your child succeeds in school. A simple candle doesn’t seem like enough and you would love to send them on a tropical vacation but sometimes that doesn’t fit in your already dwindling Christmas budget.

Have no fear because with this gift, not only are you helping out other parents who are in the same boat, but you are able to give your amazing teacher something he or she would truly enjoy.

Step 1: Ask your teacher what kind of gift card they would really love if they received one…Target, Amazon, a fab local spa….

Step 2: Insert your info and print out copies of our Teacher Letter and put them in UNSEALED envelopes. (Just tuck the flap inside)

Step 3: Ask your teacher for a class list.

Step 4: Write the names of the students on the outside of the envelopes with “Return to (your childs name)” at the bottom

Step 5: Tell your teacher to send the envelopes home with the students (no peeking!) and if any envelopes return, just send them home with your child.

Step 6: After the due date for the money has come, hit the town to purchase your gift card!

Step 7: Give your teacher the gift card from the entire class. I always say it is from the entire class no matter who donated money!

Now go have a cocktail and call your other Room Moms and tell them you have Christmas under control! Happy Hollar-dayzzzzzz!!!!

PS. Have no fear – if this won’t work for your kid’s class, we have linked some great gift ideas below too!
